Depression

We all feel “down in the dumps” occasionally.  You may have noticed a low mood for several weeks, others mention that you “don’t seem like your usual self.”  Feelings of sadness, loss of interest in the things you once enjoyed, decrease energy, appetite changes and sleep disturbances may be symptoms of depression.  You are not alone.  There is hope.
