Grief/Loss

You can’t “just get over it.”  Grief is a natural response to death and loss.  Many emotions are attached to this loss.  Grief is a journey.  Each person has their own journey.  When we lose someone we love, we adapt to a new identity.  With that comes diverse emotional and physical responses to our loss. You never “get over loss,” you learn to adapt.  Social support is important to healing.  You do not have to grieve alone.
